The Royal Sign delivers all signature designs digitally. Please review the details below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Digital Product Delivery

The Royalsign delivers signature designs digitally via email. No physical products are shipped.

Your files will be delivered in the following formats:

  • PNG (High Resolution – 300 DPI)
  • PDF (Vector Format)
  • JPEG (Standard Resolution)
  • SVG (Scalable Vector Format)
  • Practice Sheets (PDF)

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery time depends on the plan chosen:

  • Noble Plan: 3 business days
  • Royal Plan: 3 business days
  • Imperial Plan: 1–2 business days (Priority)

Delivery begins only after payment and full details are submitted.

3. Email Delivery Requirements

To ensure smooth file delivery, customers must:

  • Provide a valid, active email address
  • Check spam/junk if the email isn't found
  • Ensure mailbox can receive files up to 10MB
  • Whitelist our email: theroyalcalligraphy@gmail.com

4. Delivery Confirmation

You will receive:

  • Order confirmation after payment
  • Delivery email containing all final signature files
  • Usage instructions & practice sheets

5. Failed Delivery Handling

If delivery fails due to:

  • Invalid or incorrect email address
  • Email rejection by your server
  • Full inbox

We will attempt redelivery and contact you via WhatsApp or Instagram if information is available.

6. File Access & Backup

  • Files remain available for download for 30 days
  • We securely store backups for 6 months
  • You may request redelivery (free within 6 months)

7. Global Availability

As a digital service, The Royal Sign delivers worldwide. There are no regional restrictions and no shipping fees for digital products.

8. Physical Products (If Applicable)

In rare cases where physical items (e.g., framed prints) are purchased:

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
  • Delivery time varies by country
  • Customs duties/taxes are paid by the customer
  • Tracking details will be shared once shipped

9. Delivery Issues

If digital files are not received on time:

  • Check spam/junk mail
  • Contact us immediately for redelivery
