By accessing or using TheRoyalsign.com, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services.

2. Services

The Royal Sign provides professional custom signature creation services, including:

• Digital signature design
• Delivery in PNG, JPEG, PDF, and SVG formats
• Practice sheets for signature learning
• Revisions based on your selected plan

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Pay the full amount for the plan you selected
• Provide accurate billing information
• Accept responsibility for the charges applied
• Understand that payments are non-refundable except as covered in our Refund Policy

4. Delivery

Signature delivery timelines depend on the selected plan:

• Noble Plan: 3 business days
• Royal Plan: 3 business days
• Imperial Plan: 24–48 hours (priority delivery)

Delivery countdown begins only after full payment and when all required information has been submitted by the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

After full payment, you receive complete rights to use your signature commercially. However, The Royal Sign may showcase your design in our portfolio unless you request otherwise at: theroyalcalligraphy@gmail.com.

6. Limitations

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service.
